ABOUT ME
Hi, I'm Sanjana.
I'm a trauma- and attachment-informed psychotherapist based in Bangalore, working with individuals, couples and fellow therapists. At the heart of my work is a simple belief: healing isn't about fixing what's broken. It's about finding our way back to who we always were, before the world taught us to silence ourselves in order to survive.
While psychotherapy is the foundation of my practice, I'm equally interested in how our bodies, relationships and lived experiences shape the way we move through life. This perspective informs everything I do, whether we're meeting for therapy, clinical supervision or a tarot reading.
Alongside my training in psychotherapy, my work is informed by my training in Brainspotting, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), yoga and somatic approaches to women's and hormonal health. These approaches allow me to support healing in ways that honour both the mind and the body.
I see this work as deeply collaborative. My role isn't to tell you who to become, but to walk alongside you with curiosity and compassion as you reconnect with your own wisdom, resilience and capacity for change.
