INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
Individual therapy is a space where clients can explore childhood patterns and how they might be playing out in the present. The approaches I use emphasise on processing, rather than just venting/talking - this means that therapy sessions would focus on 'getting better' rather than just 'feeling better.' In order for that to happen, we will collaboratively work on processing heavy stuff using different techniques. Some of these can be tools you can take back and use post sessions!

COUPLES THERAPY
In the couples therapy space, clients often report feeling a lot more "in control." When we create a space for regulated conversation, it might just be easier to communicate the things we might otherwise feel unsafe to bring up. This could be a reflective space for the couple to understand each other better, and find ways to navigate the relationship. More importantly, this could also be the space where you pick up tools that better your relationship's quality.

WOMEN'S CIRCLES AND SUPPORT GROUPS
I conduct support groups for the following populations -

Women in narcissistic relationships/families

Early career therapists (less than 1.5 years in practice)

At the moment, I am only taking new clients based in India for in-person sessions at my practice in HSR Layout, Bangalore.
All online therapy slots are currently reserved for clients living abroad.
I am not accepting clients residing in other Indian cities, or those in Bangalore seeking online sessions.x
